Delivery and Returns Policy

We are hopeful you will love your order.

However, if you would like to return an item please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us with your name, order number and what it is you would like to return. Please email info@cpinteriors.co.uk with your return request. Please include a copy of your return request or original invoice with the returned item.

Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for any cost of the return. If you return any goods to us, please obtain a receipt of posting and use a tracked or signed service with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item. We cannot be held liable for any returns not received or damaged in transit.

All items must be returned undamaged, in a saleable condition in its original undamaged packaging with labels still remaining.


Once we have received your item, we will process your refund minus any original courier charges, this can take up to 14 working days from receipt of goods returned.


Items ordered in as ‘special orders’ are non-refundable.


If we try to deliver an item to your address, as given on the order and it is either the wrong or incomplete address, not accepted or not collected from the post office or courier depot and the item is returned to us, we will refund the item less our postage costs.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.


 


Damages and Issues


Please check your order as soon as it is delivered and contact us within 48 hours if the product is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and make it right.


Please email over any evidence of damages to the packaging and product or issues that may have occurred to info@cpinteriors.co.uk along with your order number.


We will arrange a replacement or refund (including return postage at the basic rate) to the original Debit/Credit card, on receipt of the faulty/incorrect item(s).


 


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


 


Delivery Terms – (working days are Monday to Friday)


If orders are placed before 12pm then they will be sent out the same working day. Any orders received after this time will be sent out the next working day. Any order placed after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend will be sent out on Monday (unless it is bank holiday)


Items under 2kg will be delivered via Royal Mail for a charge of £4.95. Delivery lead time is 3-4 working days


Items from 2kg up to 20kg will be delivered via DPD for a charge of £9.95. Delivery lead time is 3-4 working days.


Free delivery for any orders over £150.00.


Free Click and collect service is available from store. Orders placed before 3pm will be ready to collect the following working day. You will receive an email or text to let you know when your order is ready for collection. If your order is not collected within 5 working days of receiving your collection notice, then the total payment will be refunded back into your account.
